After your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery is 3–5 business days.

3. Shipping Confirmation

4. Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Xevora cannot accept responsibility for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided during checkout.
5. Returned Shipments
If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or refusal to accept delivery, additional shipping charges may apply before the parcel can be dispatched again.
6. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost during transit or arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Support Team promptly. We will investigate the issue with the courier and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund where applicable.
7. Shipping Restrictions
Some products may not be available for delivery to certain locations due to legal, courier or logistical restrictions. If we cannot deliver to your location, we will notify you as soon as possible.
